RECAP: 2026 CHSAA 5A REGIONALS

This past weekend, our boys & girls varsity teams competed at Regionals for a chance to qualify for States!

Our Sabercats walked away with 3 boys & 6 girls who will be heading to Ball Arena for a chance to place at States this week! A huge congratulations to you all - your hard work this season has paid off!


Here's a recap of how everyone did:

Boys Varsity Team

106 - Kash Lawson, 6th place, went 2-3 for the day

113 - Karter Lawson, 6th place, went 1-3 for the day

120 - Easton Scaffidi - DNP, went 2-2 for the day

126 - Jacob Ness - 1st place & heading to states, went 4-0 for the day

132 - Lincoln Scaffidi - DNP went 0-2 for the day

138 - Caleb Crabtree - 5th place, went 3-3 for the day

150 - Kaden Kopp - DNP, went 0-2 for the day

157 - Joseph Arons - DNP, went 1-2 for the day

165 - Carter Henman - 1st place & heading to states, went 3-0 for the day

175 - Ashton Odd - DNP, went 2-2 for the day

215 - Koden Ochoa - 4th place & heading to states, went 3-2 for the day

285 - Jose Martinez - DNP, went 1-2 for the day

Girls Varsity Team

100 - Jade Jasito Vasquez - DNP, went 1-3 for the day 105 - Wren Miller - DNP, went 1-2 for the day 115 - Shaelynn Rozell - 5th place, went 2-3 for the day 120 - Liliana Quintana - DNP, went 0-2 for the day

125 - Evelyn Lilo - 4th place & heading to states, went 3-2 for the day

130 - Zaret Silva-Lopez - 1st place & heading to states, went 3-0 for the day 135 - BellaRay Fiske - 3rd place & heading to states, went 3-1 for the day

140 - Alizah Piasecki - 2nd place & heading to states, went 2-1 for the day

145 - Annalie Carlson - 3rd place & heading to states, went 3-1 for the day
