PRESEASON SCHEDULE 2024-2025

Lifting: 

Weights with Coach Boriack will be Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm in the weight room until 12/18/24.

Wrestling Practice: 

Preseason Training Week is Monday, 11/11 through Friday, 11/15, from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm. 

*This training week is optional, but highly encouraged

Our official season will start on Monday, November 18. ​
